Yoga and Meditation

Yoga is famous for helping people attain strength, flexibility, balance, clarity of mind, and serenity which helps decrease risk of injury and increase quality of life. Beginners will be introduced to the basics of posture alignment, movement with breath, and meditation. Participants need a yoga mat and blocks (optional). Yoga Alliance 200 RYT instructor and owner of Prisma Yoga, Liz Scroggins teaches Baptiste vinyasa "flow," but incorporates a creative mix of traditional hatha, yin and Bikram for a fun and relaxed session focused on your practice.
