Before and After School Programs

Registration Information for the 2024-2025 School Year

A new child care contract must be submitted every school year, even if your student has attended before. This includes current families as of the end of the school year 2023-2024.  

Registration for Before and After School Programs will open on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. for current families. Current families are those that had students enrolled in Before and After School Programs as of the end of the 2023-2024 school year. Use your existing Eleyo family account to submit the child care contract for 2024-2025.


Registration for Before and After School Programs will be open to all on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. If you don't have an Eleyo family account, you can create one prior to June 6.

Program Options (New for 2024-2025)


MORNINGS ONLY

  • Open before school begins, until campus opens
  • Afternoons are not available with this option
  • Full service days and early dismissal days are available for an additional fee
  • Spring Break and Summer are an additional weekly fee
 

AFTERNOONS ONLY

  • Provides care from school dismissal until 6:30 p.m.
  • Mornings are not available with this option
  • Early dismissal days are included, full service days are available for an additional fee
  • Spring Break and Summer are an additional weekly fee


MORNINGS & AFTERNOONS (COMBO)

  • Open before school begins - a great way to avoid the morning drop off lines
  • If you anticipate your student will ever need both before and after school care, then select this option
  • Early dismissal days are included, full service days are available for an additional fee
  • Spring Break and Summer are an additional weekly fee

Register for Little Learners

Little Learners

Before and after school program for students in Pre-K.

Students that meet the eligibility requirements for Pre-K can register for the tuition-based before and after school program. Students must be able to toilet independently and have a basic level of self-care in order to be accepted into the Little Learners Program.

All District Pre-K campuses offer before and after school programs for registered Pre-K students.

Extended Day

Before and after school program for students in Grades K - 5.

Students in grades K - 5 currently enrolled in a FBISD elementary school are eligible to be registered for the Extended Day before and after school program.

Club Excel

Before and after school program for students in Grades 6 - 8.

Students in grades 6 - 8 at the following FBISD middle schools are eligible for Club Excel program registration:

  • Bowie Middle School
  • First Colony Middle School
  • Fort Settlement Middle School (AM Only)
  • Garcia Middle School (AM Only)
  • Sartartia Middle School
