Success Zone is the youth component of FBISD's Community Education Program.
Buen provecho,” is Spanish for, “Good eating!” and there is no cuisine as flavorful and aromatic as that of Mexican cooking. If there are two words you can use to describe most Mexican dishes, these are flavorful and aromatic. On this journey to Mexico, chefs will make Cheese Quesadillas; Tostados; Burritos; and Mexican Street Corn Dip. Students will also learn cutting, slicing, dicing, and shredding; dry & liquid measuring; and safe food handling/food assembly.
