From mastering basic cooking techniques to understanding food origins and seasonal recipes, our program focuses on building essential culinary skills such as kitchen safety when working with hot plates and knives, accurately measuring ingredients, working with eggs, dough, and fresh herbs and more while nurturing a love for food. Through hands-on experiences, they not only develop confidence but also acquire invaluable life skills, all while reinforcing core academics. Each session features seasonal, fresh ingredients, ensuring a diverse and engaging learning experience. Our instructors are a blend of professionally trained classroom educators, chefs, and nutritionists, dedicated to fostering a lifelong appreciation for culinary arts. 5 Spiced Pear Muffins - Oven Sweet batters, measuring & leveling, baking spices
6 Pineapple Pico - No bake Knife skills, sweet and savory flavor combinations
7 Roasted Sweet Potato Salad - Oven Roasting, knife skills, vinaigrette
8 Student’s Choice - Showcase Parents will be invited to the last class to sample two of the recipes made by their child.
