    The Department of Extended Learning is proud to announce the debut of our newest program, The Academy of Inspiring Minds, also known as AIM. On February 17, AIM will have its grand opening at Anne Sullivan Elementary for students in grades K-5. Students will enjoy a day off from school while participating in Xtreme Sports and testing their limits with character building activities and challenges designed to improve motor skills. AIM students will also participate in Snack War challenges that will not only sharpen their creativity but equip them with skills to create their own snacks at home. Lastly, Our Soaring Science station will expose AIM participants to fascinating Science by experimenting with different materials that react in wonderful ways. Why Wait? Let’s get Ready, Set and AIM for Success!

    Join us for a week of fun and discovery as we explore all the wonderful places that the Houston area has to offer! Places that students in grades 5-8 will go to include: Moody Gardens, The Spot, Menard Park, Discovery Green, Post Market, Main Event, Hermann Park, The Oil Ranch, and more! Students in grades 2-5 will go to: Moody Gardens, The Spot, Schreiber Park, Cosmic Air, Levy Park, Houston Natural Science Museum, The Oil Ranch, and more! Explore Houston students can be dropped off either at Colony Meadows Elementary or Neill Elementary. Drop off is at 8:00 am and pick up is at 5:30 pm. Tuition is $279 and covers all admission, lunches, and transportation.
