    Your children will be introduced to all major styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, and hip-hop in an upbeat and encouraging atmosphere. Classes are tailored to each school and the interest of the students in the class.     The Creative Crochet Critters class aims to ignite the passion for crafting in children, offering a delightful journey into the crochet world. In this hands-on class, kids will learn the basics of crochet while making cute critters. Step by step, they’ll learn how to crochet simple shapes, assemble their creations, add fun details, and bring their animals to life! Week Skills 1 Learn the art of crochet (holding the crochet needle in one hand and holding the yarn in the other). 2 Crochet a chain stitch and/or magic ring. 3 Learn the art of crochet.   • Minecraft: Adventures of Modding

    Students will learn how to customize and enhance their Minecraft experience through creativity and coding. They’ll start by getting familiar with Minecraft basics and pixel art before diving into modding with WorldEdit, where they’ll create and edit structures using simple commands. As they progress, they’ll use MCreator to design their own custom items, blocks, ores, recipes, tools, and armor, giving their creations unique abilities. In the final stretch, they’ll bring everything together by building their very own custom biome, which they’ll showcase to parents in a final presentation. Week Skill Lesson/Activity 1 Introduction to Minecraft Students learn the basics of Minecraft and controls on the keyboard. 2 Pixel Art Students learn what pixel art is and practice art skills. 3 Introduction to Mods Part 1 Students are introduced to Minecraft modding via WorldEdit, which allows the user to create block brushes. 4 Mods Part 2 Students continue using WordEdit and the selection wand. 5 Introduction to MCreator Students get to make their very first mod with MCreator and own custom “ingot” item. 6 Blocks in MCreator Students learn how to make their own custom block and how to change its properties. 7 Ores and Recipes in MCreator Students learn how to make custom recipes for their items and how to make blocks and spawn as Ores. 8 Tools and Armor in MCreator Students learn how to make their own custom tools and armor in Minecraft with their own special attributes and powers. 9 Final Project: Biome Students begin work on their final project, which is creating their own biome. 10 Final Project: Biome and Presentation. Students will finish up their biomes, then present their biome and other mod elements to their parents.

In this class, kids will learn essential basketball skills while having a blast on the court. Our experienced coaches foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.     Does your child LOVE to cook? Do you have a picky eater? This introductory level food literacy program teaches simple cooking techniques, food origins, seasonal recipes, and kitchen safety while having hands-on fun! Students gain self- confidence and priceless life skills while reinforcing core academics. Each session brings a different themed syllabus. This class can accommodate nut allergies. Instructors are professionally trained classroom educators, chefs, or nutritionists. We will accommodate nut allergies only.     Playing guitar—or any instrument—has a calming effect on the mind and body, it’s often said that music can soothe the soul. Simply listening to music has many benefits but learning to play an instrument can be even more beneficial. Playing a musical instrument is a brilliant way to express yourself and really focus on something you love. Week Skills Lesson/Activity 1 Guitar Basics Students will get familiar with the guitar and learn how to hold and tune their guitar. 2 Naming all the Parts of a Guitar Students will learn all the vocabulary and terms related to the guitar. 3 Strumming, Picking, Strings 1-6 Students will learn how to strum the guitar using their fingers/pick. 4 “Quite Guitars” and “Table Top” Students will learn how to quiet their guitar and how to place their guitar on their lap. 5 Playing Strings 1-6 Students will play along with the instructor as the instructor calls out the numbers of each individual string. 6 Song Introduction A new song will be introduced to the students along with various key stroke warmups. 7 Playing Students will play various songs. 8 Song Selection for Recital Students will decide which song they would like to focus on for their recital performance. 9 Practice for Recital Students will continue to practice for their recital performance. 10 Recital Day Parents will be invited to the last class to see their child’s performance.

    Let’s meet INDI! This class is entry level robot that is designed to introduce early learners to the fundamentals of computational thinking, STEAM, and computer science principles. INDI encourages open ended, imaginative play-based learning with real-life scenarios as leaners build custom mazes, solve puzzles, and drive. As students learn pattern recognition, creating and using algorithms, decomposition, and understanding abstractions they will become better thinkers and problem solvers. Week Skills Lesson/Activity 1 Introduction to Indi Students will review how to use color tiles to program Indi's movements. They will experiment with different tile combinations to navigate simple mazes. 2 Intro to Indi Commands & Colors Indi the Car and the Magical Rainbow 3 Indi Car Adventures Create a simple path following directions. 4 Indi Car and his Reventure Explore turns and directions. 5 Indi Car at the Races Obstacle course transition challenge. 6 Mini City Race time!   • Ultimate Robotics Experience

    Now is the time to explore and battle in uncharted territory. In this class, battle-bots evaluate the potential of a rough and dangerous area before moving in to save a Bot! Experts need you to build a variety of unique robots with an awesome skill set, capable of driving over any obstacle and overcoming any unfamiliar elements or elevation changes in this treacherous landscape. Students will use gears, create structural integrity, and IR Technology to overcome the unknown. Can your robot not only survive, but thrive in the bot-battle? Week Skills Lesson/Activity 1 Getting to know your elements and kit Students will be challenged to explore kit pieces and be able to identify the element with a LEGO bingo card and build a movable invention. 2 LEGO tips and tricks – Formula Car Students will learn about axels, wheels, and gears. Let the races begin! 3 Go Cart Students will build a Go Cart and compete in a Go Cart race. 4 Inclined Plane Students will build 3 types of builds using different ideas and then compare them. 5 Catapult Students will learn about trebuchets and catapults and their purpose. 6 Daisy Dasher Students will build the Daisy Dasher and be up to the challenge of delivering their pizza item to the right house under one minute. 7 Shifter Students will learn all about gears and discuss power vs. speed. 8 Headless Henry Students will discuss structural integrity. 9 Sherman P3 Students will have their bots push weighted bricks across a start/finish line and modify to push more bricks. 10 Builder’s Choice/Parent Showcase Students will get to showcase to their parents their favorite builds and what they’ve learned in our class.
