Spring Break & Summer Camps

Throughout the year, the Extended Learning Department and Community Education Program host different camps and events to provide unique learning experiences for our students. By creating these opportunities, our students gain knowledge and skills that help them to learn and grow as critical thinkers and life-long learners.

Summer Camp Blast

Camp BLAST is a weekly summer program for Pre-K–5th grade students that offers a fun, safe, and engaging experience with field trips, arts and crafts, STEM activities, games, themed days, and more.

AIM Aquatics Camp at Don Cook Natatorium 

The AIM Aquatics Camp at Don Cook program introduces students to essential swimming and water safety skills through four consecutive days of lessons. Certified instructors provide a fun, supportive environment where swimmers learn at their own pace using a progressive approach.

AIM Enrichment Camp at Colony Meadows

The Academy of Inspiring Minds is a summer enrichment program that gives students the opportunity to explore new interests, build skills, and learn through engaging, hands-on experiences. Led by FBISD certified teachers, Extended Learning staff, and Success Zone vendors, students enjoy courses in art, culinary, dance, fine arts, language, sports, STEM, aquatics, and more.
