  • Center Stage Dance

    Your children will be introduced to all major styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, and hip-hop in an upbeat and encouraging atmosphere. Classes are tailored to each school and the interest of the students in the class.   • Cooking & Baking 101

    Does your child LOVE to cook? Do you have a picky eater? This introductory level food literacy program teaches simple cooking techniques, food origins, seasonal recipes, and kitchen safety while having hands-on fun! Students gain self- confidence and priceless life skills while reinforcing core academics. Each session brings a different themed syllabus. This class can accommodate nut allergies. Instructors are professionally trained classroom educators, chefs, or nutritionists. We will accommodate nut allergies only.   • Drumline 101

    Drumline is an exciting course within the world of marching percussion where marching snares, tenors, and basses are the focus! This is a performance class where students learn the value of teamwork, rhythm, and count. All equipment will be provided during class. Week Skills Lesson/Activity 1 Counting and Constructing a Beat Students will learn the principals of counting and construct a beat that incorporates the hi-hats, snare drum, and bass drum. 2 Holding Drum Sticks Students will learn how to hold drum sticks properly and start playing on drum pads. 3 Playing Snare Drums and Drum Set Posture Students will learn the proper posture when playing the drums. 4 Counting Students will learn about counting and playing at the same time. 5 Singles and Doubles Students will learn singles and doubles and practice with a metronome. 6 Song Selection, Singles and Doubles (continuation) Students will select a song and practice the beats. 7 Practice for Recital, Singles and Doubles (continuation) Students will continue to practice for their recital performance. 8 Recital Day Parents will be invited to the last class to see their child’s performance.

    Put on your lab coats and get ready to STEM with Mad Science. Our goal is to make science fun, relatable and easy to learn! Every week we will explore a different science topic with experiments and exciting discussions that will be guided by a specially trained Mad Scientist. Week Theme Lesson/Activity 1 Sonic Sounds Uncover the source of sound. Tap into sound wave transmission and fill your ears with vibrations. Create a story with sound effects and change the pitch of your voice. Use your Tone Tube to stretch out the noise-making fun. 2 Lights, Color, Action Celebrate the science of color. Split your name in ink and reveal numbers with color filters. Make a rainbow out of white light and try on diffraction lenses. Color the world with your very own Technicolor Blender to explore how light color combine. 3 Magnetic Magic Explore the power of magnets. Create electromagnets and control a compass needle. See a magnetic accelerator in action. Take home your very own Magnet Lab to continue your research about how magnets work in everyday life. 4 Optical Illusions Can your eyes trick your brain? Discover how mirrors and their reflections can confuse your sight. Make popular illusions out of everyday materials. Put together a Periscope to see above and beyond as your turn a pair of mirrors into a tool. 5 Acids & Bases Discover the world of pH and find out what acid and base is. Test certain solutions with pH strips and see how strong a base or acid are and compare them to the pH scale. Students will also observe a couple of acid-base reactions and see the chemical changes that occur. 6 Dinosaurs Students examine fossil casts and explore the differences in the teeth of herbivorous and carnivorous dinosaurs. After learning about fossilization, children embark on a mini fossil excavation and make a case of a dinosaur tooth to take home. 7 Harness the Wind Air and wind are two very different things, and the students will get to discover what they are. They will go over Bernoulli’s Principle and find out how this principle can help flight. 8 Matter of Fact Students explore molecules and the forces that hold atoms together. They learn to sort out differences between physical and chemical changes and mix up a batch of fun science to stretch their learning at home.

    TGA Premier Sports features team-based sports designed to develop well-rounded athletes and strong team players. Students are introduced to a rotating lineup of exciting sports including lacrosse, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, floor hockey, and flag football. Our program structure makes it easy for kids to try new formats, discover what they enjoy most, and build a solid foundation in multiple sports. All equipment will be provided.
