Little Ballerz is an educational services after-school program aimed at teaching young people important life skills and key fundamentals for flag football.

Week Skills and Activities
1 Throwing and catching the ball | Proper hands/finger techniques | 3-step drop and throw | Importance of eyes following the ball
2 Throwing and catching the ball | Proper hands/finger techniques | 3-step drop and throw | Importance of eyes following the ball | WR stance – hitch route 5 yards
3 Throwing and catching the ball | 3-step drop and throw | Over the shoulder catching | Importance of eyes following the ball | WR stance – fly route 10 yards
4 Throwing and catching the ball | 3-step drop and throw | Over the shoulder catching | Importance of eyes following the ball | WR stance – fly route 10 yards | In/out route at 5 yards
5 Stance and start | 3 pt stance – solid base | Come off the ball quickly | Snapping the ball
6 Offensive line/defensive line | Stance and start | 3 pt stance – solid base | Come off the ball quickly | Snapping the ball | Competition
7 Running back/line backer | Stance and start | 3 pt stance – solid base | Come off the ball quickly | Read and reaction drill | Catching the toss, sweep right, sweep left
8 Running back/line backer | Stance and start | 3 pt stance – solid base | Come off the ball quickly | Read and reaction drill | Catching the toss, sweep right, sweep left
