Department Overview The Extended Learning Department operates before and after school programs at Fort Bend ISD campuses. The Extended Day Program is offered at elementary school campuses, Club Excel at middle school campuses, and the Little Learners Program at District Pre-K campuses. In addition, the Community Education Program offers a wide variety of youth, adult, and multigenerational enrichment classes.
